Refund & Exchange Policy – Galleri Kim Anstensen
At Galleri Kim Anstensen, we offer unique and high-quality artwork. While we do not accept returns, we do offer product swaps under certain conditions to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
1. Swap Eligibility
We do not accept returns or refunds. However, we offer the option to swap an artwork for another piece within 7 days of the purchase date.

Swaps are only accepted for artworks in their original condition and packaging.

If the newly selected artwork costs more than the original, the buyer must pay the difference (top-up).

Custom or commissioned artworks are not eligible for swaps unless they arrive damaged.
2. Swap Process
To initiate a swap, please contact us at gallerikimanstensen@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the request.
If approved, the original artwork must be returned to the gallery in its original condition within the 7-day window.
Once we receive and inspect the item, you may choose a new artwork and pay any price difference, if applicable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an artwork arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description provided, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it with photographs of the issue.
We will review your case and arrange a swap or suitable resolution.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and digital artworks

Artworks that have been altered, damaged after delivery, or mishandled by the customer
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for shipped items.
