Shipping policy

At Galleri Kim Anstensen, we take great care in packaging and delivering unique artworks safely to your door. Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency and peace of mind for our customers.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or commissioned artworks may take longer depending on the artist's production time; estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Depending on destination and package size, we ship both within Sweden and internationally using trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL, FedEx, or equivalent.

  • All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (Sweden): Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • International Shipping: Fees vary by country and are also calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • EU Countries: 5–10 business days

  • Non-EU International: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on customs processing)

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

5. Packaging & Handling

All artworks are:

  • Carefully wrapped with protective materials

  • Shipped in durable packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit

  • Insured during shipment for the value of the artwork

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment at gallerikimanstensen@gmail.com with photos and order details.

  • We will initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a suitable resolution, including a swap if applicable (see our Refund & Swap Policy).

7. In-Store Pickup

Local customers may opt for in-store pickup at our gallery in Gothenburg.
